it has never really been determined whether stats cause any actual variance in the individual pet's programming. as Agility is the only stat that can be tested in practical terms, we are seeking volunteers to try an experiment.
we need reasonably large samples of pets, both dogs and cats, with either exceptionally high or low Agility stats, and a control group with near-average. for each pet in the group, we need records of 10 consecutive toy throws to each pet so we can calculate catch averages. ideally, the experimental throws should be conducted daily for a period of at least a week, to give us enough data for analysis.
what do you say - anyone game? if nothing else, you'll get some extra gems and karma out of it, we'll run pix of the stat leaders in the sidebars, and as they say, "it'll be fun to find out".
anyone interested, post your member name and pet link(s) in the Comment section, and we'll let you when we have enough to start the experiment.
we have our first contestant - who's next?
